FEAL Facade F 35

Facade F 35 is a system for the construction of continuous, self-supporting, fully glazed facade constructions with warm insulation of aluminum profiles. Specially designed facade window openings with pivoting hinges, with pivoting hinges, inside or outside, parallel openings and skylights can be used to open areas. FEAL window and door systems are also compatible with the facade system. The glazing of the continuous facade is carried out with the help of EPDM seals and tightening and covering formations. The cover forms are placed on the clamping strips. Materials resistant to weather conditions, temperature changes, mold and waterproof protective strips that prevent the penetration of water and moisture into the insulation are used as materials of the facade components. FEAL's F35 facade is designed as the narrowest section facade on the market. The F 35 is intended for small or medium-sized projects where narrow aluminum frames and panoramic views are required. The thermal characteristics of F 35 are superior to previous solutions of facade systems and are able to meet the standards of a passive house thanks to the minimized width of the aluminum profile and the possibility of accepting glazing up to 50 mm.

Termo 85 Feal

The TERMO 85 system is intended for the production of windows (opening inward and outward), doors (opening inward and outward) and stationary walls. It is a profile system with thermal break, with basic installation frame depth of 77 and 85 mm. In addition to the basic frame/arm design with straight lines, frame/arm versions with rounded outer lines are also possible. This system meets the criteria of openings for low-energy houses by applying new materials that have extremely good thermal characteristics. The thermal break is achieved with polyamide strips with a low coefficient of thermal conductivity (ÊŽ = 0.210 W/mK) of 34 mm. To further improve the thermal characteristics of the profile, profiled XPS rods (extruded polystyrene - ÊŽ = 0.035 W / mK) are placed in the profile chambers and such profiles are given the letter F. The sealing is done with EPDM sponge which has thermal properties significantly better compared to EPDM seals. Possible types of window opening: with hinges, with rotation, with rotating hinges, with rotating opening inside, rotating around the middle axis. Possible types of door opening: opening from the inside and from the outside. The system is compatible with facade systems. Possibility of choosing 16/13 grooved profiles. The device that is installed in the system is standard for groove 15/20 and groove 16/13.

​The Clever automatic cam compensates for clearances and offsets between 8.5 and 15 mm compared to the standard shock, simplifying installation and maintenance.

French balconies Feal

The French balcony is a complementary solution to the FEAL series of windows, balcony doors and sliding doors in situations where the installation of classic balconies is not feasible, whether they are openings in a concrete structure or suspended facades.

Considering that safety is the most important task of this system, the system was tested with Pendel impact where it reached the highest category C5, which enables the installation of the French balcony in all categories of rooms according to EN 1991-2-1. .

Installation of this system is quick, simple and effective.

The vertical profiles on which the glass rests are pre-machined in the workshop and only need to be attached with screws to the window or door frame.

The vertical profiles of the French balcony are designed in such a way that their width is smaller than the width of the frame profile, therefore the system is characterized by complete transparency, an uninterrupted view and maximum lighting inside the room.

There is no need for horizontal profiles, but handrails can be installed if desired.

The FEAL FNE 1100 system features an aluminum substructure designed to create modular support structures with the possibility of mounting on the roofs of family houses for different types of conventional roofs. The materials used were chosen to ensure reliability and durability over time. The construction elements are made of aluminum alloy EN AW-6063 and EN AW-6005.
